No Returns & No Cancellations Policy

At Zen Levels, all bookings and purchases are final, and we do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds. Due to the exclusive nature of our luxury retreat experiences, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Changes & Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at contact@7levelsheaven.com to discuss possible rescheduling options, subject to availability and at our discretion.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare case of an event cancellation by Zen Levels, we will provide alternative options or credit toward a future retreat.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

As our offerings are service-based and time-sensitive, they are exempt from the EU’s 14-day cooling-off period.
